Private lessons allow for the physical, mental and emotional needs of an individual to be met. My diverse background in a variety of movement practices and hundreds of hours of training has given me an in-depth understanding of anatomy and the tools needed to be able to customize our time together to meet your specific needs and reach your goals.
There are many reasons to sign up for private classes, whether you’re working through an injury or experiencing pain, want support in managing stress and building emotional resilience or are simply looking for a personalized practice. Private sessions can help with all of that and more.

• Book a free 15 minute Zoom consult to go over your initial intake and make sure we’re a good fit for each other
• If we’re a good fit and you’re ready to start working together we'll schedule a 30 minute intake call. In this call we’ll do a detailed intake so I can start to plan your classes to make our first lesson as effective as possible!
• From there you’ll sign my client contract and waiver, pay, and schedule your classes
• Classes can take place virtually via Zoom or I can come to you, we will discuss this at your initial intake
The Cost:
$120/hr for individual sessions. Private group class rates vary depending on size of group.
